How can I purchase your products?
We accept orders from our authorized dealers through phone, fax, or email. Drop-ship or expedited orders must be either faxed or emailed to us. Product availability, case quantities, closed-out or discontinued items are subject to change without advance notice.
How can my company set up an account to be an Authorized Dealer with Eagle Health Supplies?
You must be a wholesalers, distributors, or retail store in order to set up an account. Please review our Terms of Agreement - For Authorized Dealers before applying. To apply for an account, please start here.
When will my order ship and how long will it take to arrive at its destination?
If the product is in stock, we normally ship within 2 business days after we receive an enterable order. Transit time varies between 5-10 days, depending upon where you are and the carrier’s delivery schedule to your area.
Yes, we can dropship from our warehouse in Orange, CA. Authorized dealers who would like to dropship must fax or email their POs to Eagle Health Supplies for dropship orders, and must include a Packing Slip that will be attached to package. The Packing Slip should include your company's name, address and contact information as well as your customers information. What are your shipping/freight policies?
All orders are shipped FOB Orange, California, 92868. We ship dropship and smaller orders using FedEx, UPS, or USPS. For larger orders, our authorized dealers are responsible for arranging freight shipments from our warehouse. EHS does not arrange freight shipping for our dealers. Please see our Terms of Agreement - For Authorized Dealers for more information about freight shipping.
PRE-PAYMENT: Pre-payment by check or credit card (Visa or MasterCard).
NET TERMS: If you are approved for 30 day terms, you agree to pay on or before the due date. No exceptions or allowances are made for late payments. Payment must be submitted by check only (no credit card payments). If you would like to apply for credit terms, please download our credit application here.
What will be the shipping costs for my order?
Shipping costs vary by carrier and destination. We try our best to use the most economical carrier for each order.
Is my company allowed to sell on Amazon, Ebay or other online marketplaces?
Anyone wishing to sell on Amazon (as 3rd-party seller or FBA Amazon), or similar online marketplace, must receive prior written authorization from Eagle Health Supplies. Please see our Terms of Agreement - For Authorized Dealers for more information.
Yes, we do have a MAP Policy, and we do enforce our Map Policy.
