Our products are NON-RETURNABLE hygiene products, and may not be returned for a refund if the package has been opened (unless covered by our limited one-year manufacturer's warranty policy).
For authorized, non-warranty returns within 30 days of purchase, where the package has not been opened, buyers are responsible for return shipping cost and a 15% restocking fee. This amount will be deducted from any refund. We will inspect the package to make sure that it has not been opened or used before issuing any refund.
Consumers must contact their Place of Purchase to initiate a return.
To Request a Return (if you purchased through this website): Please call (800) 755-8990, or email (email@example.com) our Customer Service Team to request a Return Authorization number. All returns must be pre-authorized. Merchandise returned without a Return Authorization will be returned to the shipper, freight collect. The Return Authorization number must be clearly marked on the outside of the carton. You must present your Order Number when requesting a return.
