To Initiate an Authorized Return: Consumers must contact their Place of Purchase to initiate a return. The Place of Purchase may call our Customer Service for a Return Authorization number. All returns must be pre-authorized. Merchandise returned without authorization will be returned to the shipper, freight collect. The Return Authorization number must be clearly marked on the outside of the carton. The products being returned must be shipped freight prepaid and insured for their full wholesale value. If we determine the issue to be covered by the Warranty Policy, we will cover the shipping charges. Consumers may be responsible for a 25% restocking fee, which may be deducted from any refund amount. We will inspect the package to make sure that it has not been opened or used before issuing any refund.
