FAQ: What should I do if my seat doesn't lock while sliding?
I've just assembled my sliding bench, but the seat will not lock at the ends of the sliding rails. What should I do?Please check to make sure the bench is assembled correctly. There are two sliding rails (one with 2 brass pins and one with 4 brass pins). The 4-pin sliding rail should be installed on the "front" side of the bench (the direction you want the seat to face in the bathtub) with the 2 small brass pins facing outward and the 2 large brass pins facing downward. The 2 small brass pins help the sliding rings with the red tabs lock into place. The 2-pin sliding rail should be installed on the "back" side of the bench.
